ERP Techno-Functional Consultant — Support & Integrations

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support business operations, improve ERP processes, and develop integrations with external applications. Hands-on NetSuite experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and technical solutions. Support Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics processes. Configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and roles and permissions. Develop and maintain customizations, automation, and integrations with logistics platforms, banking systems, CRM, eCommerce, and other applications. Manage API integrations, data mapping, validation, synchronization, and error handling. Troubleshoot functional, technical, and integration issues; provide ongoing user support. Support testing, UAT, deployments, documentation, and user training. Collaborate with the ERP Manager, business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.

What you’ll bring

3+ years of ERP techno-functional consulting, application support, and integration experience. Strong understanding of ERP business processes and transaction flows. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and integration troubleshooting. Working knowledge of scripting, SQL, data migration, and reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field. Preferred Experience NetSuite configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and Saved Searches. Integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft. Logistics platforms such as Shipwell and experience in manufacturing, distribution, trading, or 3PL. Relevant ERP certifications
